Important! We accept orders for figurines / spare parts for fingerboarding, various accessories (glasses, cups, etc.) only at the post office. We do not send fragile goods to the post office. Fragile goods can be damaged by the delivery service during transportation. Please place your order exclusively at the post office and check it immediately upon receipt at the post office. If you place an order at a post office, or check the parcel at home, and find that the goods have been damaged or broken in transit. In this case, a refund/exchange will not be possible. Skateboarding boards and assembled skateboards are sent only to the post offices that accept parcels of 30+ kg.
Returns and exchanges are carried out in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Protection”.
Within 14 days, excluding the day of purchase, you can issue a return and exchange of goods, provided that
- The product was not used
- All seals and labels are preserved
- The integrity of the set and packaging is intact
- A warranty card and a document confirming payment have been saved
- It does not fall into the list of goods of appropriate quality, the return of which is limited by the decision of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine (Resolution of March 19, 1994 No. 172)
The list of goods that cannot be exchanged or returned:
Goods in aerosol packaging, gloves, socks, underwear, swimming trunks, down products, etc.
