Delivery is carried out by the NOVA POSHTA delivery service
Important! We accept orders for figures / spare parts for fingerboarding, various accessories (glasses, cups, etc.) only at the post office. We do not send fragile goods to the post office. Fragile goods can be damaged by the delivery service during transportation. Please place your order exclusively at the post office, and check it immediately upon receipt at the post office. If you place an order for a post office box, or check the parcel at home, and find that the goods have been damaged or broken on the way. In this case, no refund/exchange will be possible. Skateboards and assembled skateboards are sent only to the departments that accept parcels of 30+ kg.
Dispatches from the warehouse are made within 48 hours (two days) from the date of the paid order. Shipments are made in the evening. Orders placed after 18:00 are recorded in the system the next day. Due to power outages / airborne alarms, there may be a delay that we cannot influence. When your order is shipped, you will receive a notification in the new mail app. Or you can find out the status of your order by writing to us. After sending, the delivery time is on average 1-2 days, according to the terms of the carrier (new mail).
If you have provided an incomplete phone number when ordering, we will not be able to ship your order. In this case, we will write you a letter to the email specified in the order. Only after receiving the phone number will we be able to ship your order. If we do not receive a response within 2 weeks, your order will be canceled and your money will be refunded to your account. Please check all your information carefully.
